     I am giving away free money. It what almost all people want to hear. Or it is what many people think when they see a relaxed person, and they steal all his money, easy money. But stealing is bad and you do not have to do it to get rich. If you start to be be practive, creative and prepared, you whill have all tthe money you want.

     Be proactive. Do not wait until people tell you to do something. Have iniciative and do more than people expect. For example, if you have to  do an investigation of something, investigate all of the topic. If you do more than your boss expactations he would pay more for your job.

     Be creative. Find  something that people need and transform it into something new and innovative. First, the people will buy your product or service,  because people need it, but because it is presented in a new way. You can rise the price.

     Be well prepared and study. Studies show that people with higher diplomas earn mor money than people who do not have. If you study and get prepared you will be the first one that resolves problems and the first one the boss thinks deserves a promotion.

    Following these three steps you will not have to steal from anybody. Stealing affects all of society and affects your image. Getting rich is possible by being prepared, creative and proactive. After that you will see how your life change.
